Who processes your data
Epyr processes the personal data you send with your application. You can reach us about it at joinus@epyr.co.
What we collect and why
Your name, email address, phone number and LinkedIn profile if you give them, your message and your CV. We use them to assess your application for the position you chose, or, for a spontaneous application, to contact you about openings that match your profile. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who sees it
Only the Epyr employees involved in recruiting for the position concerned. Your data is stored in the European Union by our hosting provider and is never sold or shared for marketing.
How long we keep it
Up to two years after our last contact with you, then it is deleted. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employee file.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to joinus@epyr.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
